I respond to every enquiry personally, usually within two business days.

Invoices & receipts

Invoices are issued and paid through Stripe. When a payment is made, Stripe automatically emails a receipt to the address on file. If you need a copy of an invoice or receipt re-sent, let me know through the contact form or at billing@troyrobbins.au and I’ll arrange it.

Payments & security

All card payments are handled securely by Stripe. I never see or store your full card details. If a payment fails, check the card details and try again from the invoice link, or contact me and I’ll reissue it.

Refunds & disputes

If you believe an invoice is incorrect or wish to discuss a refund, contact me before raising a dispute with your bank, most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. See the Terms for how refunds are assessed.

Common questions.

How do I pay an invoice?

Open the secure payment link in your invoice email and pay by card through Stripe. A receipt is emailed to you automatically.

What currencies do you accept?

Invoices are issued in Australian dollars (AUD) by default. If you need another currency, mention it before the engagement begins.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider. Your card details are never stored on this site.

How do I update my billing details?

Send your updated details through the contact form or to billing@troyrobbins.au and I’ll update your records before the next invoice.
