Privacy Policy.

Last updated 7 July 2026

This policy explains how Troy Robbins (ABN 88 913 384 473) collects, uses and protects personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). It applies to this website and to my consulting and advisory services.

01

Information I collect

When you submit the contact form I collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the details of your enquiry. During an engagement I may collect further business information necessary to deliver the work. When you pay an invoice, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, not by me.

02

How I use it

I use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed services, issue and manage invoices, and meet legal and record-keeping obligations. I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

03

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay an invoice, your card and payment details are provided directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe’s own privacy policy and security standards. I receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, never your full card number.

04

Disclosure to third parties

I share information only where necessary: with service providers such as Stripe (payments), Formspree (contact-form delivery) and my website host, who help me operate; where required by law; or with your consent. Any provider I use is expected to protect your information to a comparable standard.

05

Storage, security & retention

I take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and I hold it only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Some providers I use may store data outside Australia; where that occurs, I take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection.

06

Cookies & analytics

This website may use essential cookies and basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

07

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information I hold about you and ask for it to be corrected. If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, you can raise it with me first; if unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

08

Changes & contact

I may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always the one published here. To make a privacy request or ask a question, use the contact form, email billing@troyrobbins.au, or see the Support page.
